Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

We gladly offer free expedited shipping (1-3 business days after fulfillment) for U.S. orders of $100 or more. We also offer other delivery options with applicable charges.
Note that if multiple items are purchased they may ship separately and some may be delivered more quickly than others.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
RETURNS
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help since we fully stand by our products. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process to quickly make things right.
However, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If this is the case, we will also pay for return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note that some types of goods are exempt from being returned such as: 
  • Gift cards 
  • Health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund much sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please send us an email at info@solsticenaturals.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@solsticenaturals.com.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an electronic gift certificate will be sent to your email address.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

If you are shipping items worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
