Processing time
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Free standard shipping on orders $99+
Orders of $99 or more ship free within the U.S. via our standard economy service, which typically arrives in 5–7 business days after shipment.
Orders under $99
Shipping rates for orders under $99 are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Faster delivery
Need it sooner? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown before you complete your purchase.
International shipping
We ship internationally. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Solstice Naturals isn't responsible for carrier delays, but we're always happy to help track down a package.
Returns Policy
All sales are final
Because our candles are handmade in small batches, all candles are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Please email us at

within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
Once we review your request, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
